Led SHIFA, a sovereign electronic medical record
With the Deanship of IT: a unified record for medical, dental, laboratory, radiology and emergency clinics; linked to Rasd, NPHIES, Weqaya and SFDA; all historical data migrated; registered as 5% of the new investment hospital's assets; up to ≈ SAR 3.5M a year in quoted licence fees avoided (derived).

Championed separating clinical institutions from colleges and a PPP pathway for the planned university hospital; led the institutions as Supervisor-General; insurance-ready, fee-for-service care by design; oversaw the 24/7 Hajj health convoy (2025).
